We hope that every customer is completely happy with their Uncanny! purchase. But in the event that things don't go quite as planned, we'll work with you to remedy the situation.
If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us immediately. As long as we receive your request in a timely manner, we can void the transaction and issue you a full refund. We are unable to cancel and refund an order that has already been fulfilled and shipped from our facility.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item in your order, please contact us within days (14) days of receipt. As long as we receive notification within this time frame, we can exchange the item. We will pay the cost to return the incorrect or defective product and ship it's replacement. If your chosen item is no longer available, we'll contact you to find a suitable alternative.
Please be aware that certain items, due to their nature, are ineligible for return. These include:
- Books and other printed material that is not packaged, wrapped or sealed to protect from handling and wear
- Certain clothing and apparel, such as underwear or bathing suits, due to hygienic reasons
- Clearance items
- Gift cards and/or gift certificates
Eligible products may be returned for refund or exchange provided that you:
- Contact us within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. We cannot offer a refund or exchange a product if your request is sent outside of this time frame.
- Provide proof of purchase. If unavailable, we may be able to find a record of your transaction in our system. However, if no record can be located we will be unable to process a return or exchange.
- Obtain a return authorization from us which will contain instructions on how and where to send your return. We cannot accept items that are sent back without prior approval.
- Return the item to us in essentially the same condition you received it, unused and in it's original packaging.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm your choice of either a refund or an exchange. If you elect a refund, we will reimburse you in full via your original method of payment, less any shipping charges. If you elect an exchange, you will be responsible for shipment of the replacement product.
We do not charge any handling or restocking fees.
