Return Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For items purchased in-store, returns for store credit and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase. No refunds to the original payment method will be issued.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS

The following items: Final Sale items, Comics, Graphic Novels, Manga, Other Periodicals, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy.

CONDITION OF ITEMS

Except for items that were damaged or defective at the time of purchase, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached.

FORM OF PAYMENT

All approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item. Refunds to the original form of payment will not be provided, except in cases where an item is deemed damaged or defective at the time of purchase, in which case a refund may be issued at management’s discretion.
